Terms of Service

The service

Danna provides AI-assisted personal organization features, including chat, companions, financial tracking, goals, schedules, reminders, and related tools. Features, limits, models, pricing, and availability may change. Danna may be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required where you live and be able to form a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. One person may not use an account to impersonate another person or evade a suspension.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Danna the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit content, including content used to create or publish a companion.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Danna for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, access another account, probe our systems, or interfere with the service.
• Do not submit malware, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not treat AI output as a guaranteed fact, professional advice, or authorization to take financial action. Review every result before relying on it.

AI limitations and financial disclaimer

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or wrong. Danna is not a bank, broker, accountant, financial adviser, therapist, medical provider, or emergency service. Verify amounts and decisions against authoritative sources and seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.

Billing and purchases

Paid plans, message packs, and companion seats are described at checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payments and may apply its own terms, taxes, refund rules, and privacy policy. A successful purchase does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Subscription cancellation and billing management are available through the billing portal where supported.

Third-party services

Danna depends on third-party infrastructure and integrations. Their availability and terms are outside our control. See our Third-Party Services page for current providers and purposes.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Danna at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, legal reasons, non-payment, or material breach. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will survive, including content responsibility, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danna is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. If you have questions, contact support@danna.chat. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
